What is Honey Bee IPTV?
Honey Bee IPTV is an online streaming subscription service that provides Live TV (including PPV & Sports) and On-Demand Movies & Shows using an internet connection. We has more than 18,000 live international TV channels and more than 60,000 VOD’s that can be streamed on any major device.
Is IPTV Legal?
Yes, you can legally access broadcast Live IPTV channels over the internet if you have a valid subscription from your service provider. It is illegal to watch any paid premium channels without a paid subscription, licence or copywritten material which does not abide all relevant countries copyright laws. At Honey Bee IPTV we provide all of our content from a third party reputable service provider with a valid license under part I of the broadcasting act 1996 on an application complying with section 18 of the broadcasting act 1996.
Can I use my Subscription on Multiple Devices?
For our Honey playlist, we offer users multi-connection products for streaming Live TV from multiple devices at the same time. Currently, we offer a maximum of 5 connections with each subscription package. For example, a subscription with 3 connections allows you to stream content on 3 separate devices at the same time. For our Gold TV playlist, we only offer 1 connection at this time.
What Kind of System is Required for IPTV?
Our subscription service works with every major device with just an internet connection. We recommend one of the following for our customers to have: Samsung or LG Smart TV, Amazon Firestick, Android Box or any Android Operating System (Nvidia Shield), Microsoft Windows, Apple (IOS), Chromecast with Google TV or MiTV Stick are some of the best available options.
Do you Offer Refunds?
We offer refunds when certain conditions are met. First, we will do everything we can to help you fix your problem. If we are unable to fix your issue, then we can offer you a refund within three (3) days of your initial purchase. Please refer to our refund policy for more details.
Do I Need to Use a VPN with my IPTV?
A VPN is recommended, not only for streaming IPTV, but for general IP privacy. What App Should I Use to Watch TV?
Our IPTV subscription service is compatible with hundreds of apps that work with Xtream Codes or M3U URLs. Our best pick is our own branded Honey V4 app which works well on all Android devices for Honey and Gold TV playlists. Here is a link to our app page.
Can I Watch TV on Different Devices Simultaneously?
You are able to use different devices simultaneously only if you have a multi-connection product on our Honey playlist. A regular plan comes with a single standard connection. To avoid freezing, buffering, black screen or playback errors we recommend you purchase a multi-connection product to watch on multiple devices at the same time.
Is there an Electronic Program Guide (EPG) Included?
Our subscription service includes an accurate EPG guide. On our Honey playlist, we offer EPG guides for the UK, USA and Canada only. On our Gold TV playlist, we offer EPG for all bouquets. Depending on your device, some EPG’s are easier to use than others. We recommend our Honey app for your Android device for a premium EPG experience.
When Will I Get my Credentials After Placing the Order?
Our system will activate your order immediately after payment confirmation. Your login credentials will be emailed to you. Please check your Junk/Spam inbox as well. If you did not receive your login credentials, please contact us regarding this.
Do you have Channels List?
We have list of the available countries with various channels which you can stream with your subscription. You can see them by going to the Channels page. You can stream Live TV from all the countries provided on the list. To see a full list of channels for every country, you can download an .xml file at the bottom of the page.
